To be truly inclusive, organizations need to ensure they are including people with disabilities in their DEIA efforts. This framework, developed based on research conducted by the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) at Cornell University, helps employers and DEIA professionals integrate proven disability-inclusion practices into their organization-wide DEIA plan. It also offers strategies to support efforts to sustain, grow and measure these policies and practices to ensure they are inclusive, welcoming and accessible for everyone, including people with disabilities.
